Location Pastor - The role of the Location Pastor (LP) is to oversee the life and direction of their Gateway Houston location under the direction and leadership of the Senior Pastor (SP) and the Campus Leadership Pastor. This requires a firm grasp of the beliefs, values, and strategy of Gateway Church Houston and the ability to align staff and key leadership teams with its mission, vision, and values. The LP will offer pastoral leadership to the location and ensure the systems, practices, and policies of the church responsibly and effectively support its ministry activities.
Facilities Support - Responsible for assisting the Facilities Team in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Gateway Church facilities. This is a multi-task position involving full knowledge of all event setups for Gateway Church as well as full knowledge of general housekeeping and basic floor care.
